Backpacks are no longer limited to the school yard.

Now you might remember back in primary school owning a Barbie backpack and absolutely loving it but then after that backpacks just became a thing you needed for school. It had to be practical enough for your parents to approve of it which often meant it lacked in the style department. But now this has all changed..

I have always been a purse kind of girl. I always have a handbag or something to put all my crap in but have never ever considered a backpack. No, I'm not meaning those heavy school backpacks I'm talking about the new range of backpacks which have hit the mainstream.

I have fallen in love with the look of these bags. Even high end designer labels have picked up on this trend and have created their own looks. These bags aren't limited to designer labels with many retail shops following the trend too, providing a cheaper alternative.

I love the way these bags are easier and lighter to carry while never loosing the classic look of a handbag. I feel like these bags are soon becoming a staple item in everyone's closets and I can honestly see why!
