If you are a big reader you would have come across a reading slump. For those who don't know, a reading slump is when you KNOW you should read but you cant be bothered. It usually happens after either reading a really good book or a really crappy book.
I'm in a reading slump at the moment and it is slowly killing me (not even exaggerating). On the holidays I like to try and read my WHOLE to be read pile so I can buy more books during the term, yet I cant bring myself to pick up a book. To be honest, I cant even bring myself to look at my bedside table where a half read book sits that I really want to read but cant be bothered!

Its terrible, I know! But I cant seem to get out of it. I know that as soon as I pick up the book I will finish it and want to read more but its the initial reading it.
I have to finish a book these holidays for school...I don't know what I'm going to do about that.
Ah...First world problems. But seriously, does anyone else experience these kind of slumps? Once I get out of this reading slump I might write a post on HOW to get out of these.
But anyway, excuse me as I try to finish this book.
I can so relate! I recently had a book slump that went for 6 months! I'm so over it now, but I can't believe I lost all that time I could have been using to read!
